Cancellation Policy

At The Hitters Academy, we are committed to providing exceptional services. To ensure clarity and fairness, the following policy applies to all subscriptions and bookings. Appointments & Coaching Sessions Subscriptions • Non-Refundable: All subscription fees are non-refundable, including unused portions of the subscription period. • Class Booking Responsibility: Subscribers are responsible for booking and attending their classes within the subscription term. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed or unused classes. • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. • Cancellation of Subscription: • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing lauren@thehittersacademy.com • Cancellation will stop future charges but does not provide a refund for the current subscription period. Classes • Class Rescheduling: Booked classes can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice prior to the class start time. Rescheduling is subject to availability. • No-Show Policy: If a class is missed without prior notice, it will be considered used and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. How to Cancel or Reschedule For subscriptions, log in to your account at thehittersacademy.com. For class bookings, contact us at lauren@thehittersacademy.com. Products • Digital Products: All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a subscription, product, or booking a class, you agree to the terms outlined in this cancellation policy.
