Cancellation Policy
At The Hitters Academy, we are committed to providing exceptional services. To ensure clarity and fairness, the following policy applies to all subscriptions and bookings. Appointments & Coaching Sessions Subscriptions • Non-Refundable: All subscription fees are non-refundable, including unused portions of the subscription period. • Class Booking Responsibility: Subscribers are responsible for booking and attending their classes within the subscription term. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed or unused classes. • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. • Cancellation of Subscription: • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing lauren@thehittersacademy.com • Cancellation will stop future charges but does not provide a refund for the current subscription period. Classes • Class Rescheduling: Booked classes can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice prior to the class start time. Rescheduling is subject to availability. • No-Show Policy: If a class is missed without prior notice, it will be considered used and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Products • Digital Products: All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a subscription, product, or booking a class, you agree to the terms outlined in this cancellation policy.
